Yoga therapy offers a holistic approach by focusing on many aspects of physiological and psychological health and well-being. It is a personalized, integrative approach to health that empowers individuals to find greater balance, healing, and resilience.

Highly Specialized Yoga Therapy for Autism

I provide individualized yoga therapy for autistic children, youth, and adults, including those with co-existing conditions. These sessions incorporate customized movement, breathwork, meditation, and multi-sensory techniques to support nervous system regulation and overall well-being. Drawing on approaches like interoception, proprioception, vestibular input, polyvagal theory, and somatic practices, my goal is to foster emotional regulation and create a balanced, supportive experience tailored to each person’s unique needs.

Adult Group Sessions

Accessible and inclusive adult classes with focus on mindful movement and alignment, tailored to individual abilities. These sessions are designed to promote relaxation, enhance focus, increase flexibility, build strength, and offer a calming and supporting environment. I prioritize community inclusion and create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported.

Children Yoga and Mindfulness Sessions

(Ages 5 – 12)

Sessions and camps in a safe and supportive environment, where children can learn in fun, interactive ways. Classes include movements, games, interoception and proprioception exercises,  breathing techniques, meditation, and multi – sensory experiences, all designed to engage children in a playful and approachable way.

Young Adults Groups

(Men and Women Ages 18 – 25)

Young adulthood is a time of transition, filled with challenges such as navigating independence, relationships, career choices, and the pressures of adulthood. This group offers a supportive environment where young adults can share their experiences, realize they’re not alone in their struggles, and build meaningful connections with others. Participants will learn mindfulness practices, stress-management techniques, and strategies for setting healthy boundaries, improving communication, and managing emotional well-being. Through engaging activities, discussions, and self-reflection, they’ll explore their identities, develop resilience, and gain the tools to feel empowered and in control of their future.

Gentle, accessible movements designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and overall well-being while promoting relaxation and vitality.

OneGlow: Yoga and Care for Autism Families

(In Person and Online)

I create a warm and inviting space for families to connect in a community setting and explore the calming benefits of yoga. It creates a sense of purpose, allows for shared experiences, provides means to build social connections, and offers a support network.

Women Only Group Sessions

(Ages 18+)

Women sessions offer a peaceful space where women can experience deep relaxation, restorative practices, and support of each other. Focusing on connection, both with oneself and others, the sessions incorporate both energizing and calming movement, restorative poses, breathwork, and mindful practices that promote physical and emotional balance, strength, and overall well-being. You will find deep support, a community of like-minded women, and a true  sense of belonging.

Focused on mindfully aligned full body exercises that are gentle on the joints, suitable for all fitness levels, beginners to advanced. We work on building strength and flexibility, targeting the core, legs, low back, upper and mid back, neck and arms. Focused on personal needs and offering modifications for every level, ensuring the practice is accessible to everyone, we emphasize core strength to support movement and posture and breath awareness to regulate the nervous system. Through mindful practice, we promote focus, balance, and restoration, increasing the range of motion, and releasing tension in the body. The mind and body connection promotes staying present and tuning into the bodily sensations, which supports overall physical and emotional health and well-being.

Group Yoga Classes for Autistic Children

This class provides a safe, nurturing, and sensory-friendly environment tailored to autistic children. Using movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, the sessions promote self-regulation, focus, and emotional balance. Through games, mindful activities, and multi-sensory experiences, children build motor skills, enhance body awareness, and foster social connection, all while discovering tools for calm and self-expression.

Teen Girls Mindfulness Group

(Ages 13 – 18)

Adolescence is a challenging stage filled with peer pressure, hormonal changes, and a sense of lack of control, often leaving both teens and parents frustrated. This group provides a safe space for girls to share their struggles, connect with peers, and develop healthy relationships. Through mindfulness, coping skills, self-compassion, and relaxation techniques, girls will learn to manage their emotions, communicate effectively, and feel more in control of their lives. Fun activities like games, art, and discussions will help them explore self-acceptance and build resilience.

What to Expect Before, During, and After a Yoga Therapy Program

PHASE 1: Engagement
  • Initial Free Consultation:
    15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and expectations. Start here.
  • Questionnaire and Assessment:
    A 60–90 minute in-person or online comprehensive assessment to explore your unique needs. This includes evaluations of your physiological, psychological, and socio-genomic health, dosha constitution, and chakra balance.
  • Customized 12-Week Series:
    Based on the assessment and your input, I will design a tailored 12-week yoga therapy series to maximize the benefits of the practice. Consistency is essential in therapeutic yoga, and this structured approach ensures a lasting impact on your well-being.

Session Costs

The cost of each session will depend on the initial consultation and assessment, as well as the individual’s specific needs. Please note that reimbursement may be available depending on the individual’s condition and their insurance provider.
